I bought what I thought was a caddy of this tea and it turns out I’d inadvertently bought just the empty caddy! When I contacted the Wee Tea Company to enquire, Martin (Retail Director) was so helpful and responsive. He fast tracked my new order and added extra tea at no cost to me because of the confusion. The tea is delicious - I can taste the sweetness of the Rhubarb and the heat of the ginger, and I’m super impressed with the customer service. Thanks Wee Tea Company - I will be back for more! :)
