We offer a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee, which goes beyond your legal rights.

Your Legal Rights

Under UK law, when you buy online you usually have 14 days to cancel your order after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

Our Wee Tea Upgrade

We extend this to 30 days for unopened products.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a non-faulty return, the item must be:

  • Unopened.
  • Unused.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

Important Food & Hygiene Notice

Due to UK food safety and hygiene requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened tea or food products, items that have been unsealed, or any product that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. This aligns with UK law, where sealed goods may be excluded once opened.

How to Return a Non-Faulty Item

Return Costs

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for non-faulty returns.
  • We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds for Non-Faulty Returns

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We may reduce refunds if goods are not returned in resale condition.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something is not right, we take this extremely seriously.

Under UK law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy.

  • Best Before date.
  • Batch code, if available.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos, where possible.

What We Will Do

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Offer a full refund.
  • Send a replacement.
  • Investigate the product batch.
  • Escalate to a food safety review.
  • Carry out a precautionary recall, if required.

Investigation Times

  • Product review: up to 7 working days.
  • Refund issued: 3–4 working days after approval.

3. Delivery Issues — Lost, Damaged or Delayed

If your parcel has an issue, we will investigate with the courier, keep you updated, and handle each case fairly and individually.

Under UK law, the retailer remains responsible until delivery is complete.
