📦 How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your location:
- Mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales):
- Orders under £60: £3.95.
- Orders £60 or more: FREE.
- Scottish Highlands & Islands:
- £8.00 flat rate.
Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your address.
⏱️ How fast is delivery?
- Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) *may qualify for next working day delivery.
- Orders placed after 12pm are processed the next working day.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Remote areas may take longer.
- Courier delays can occasionally occur.
🚚 Who delivers my order?
We use DPD Local, one of the UK’s most reliable courier services.
This allows:
- Live parcel tracking.
- 1-hour delivery windows.
- Delivery updates by text/email.
📱 How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email your DPD tracking details.

You’ll need:
- Your tracking number.
- Your delivery postcode.
📍 What happens if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking may not appear immediately.
This is normal — it usually activates once your parcel is scanned at the DPD depot.
If you’re concerned, email us and we’ll check it for you.
📦 What if my parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If something goes wrong:
- We will raise an investigation with DPD.
- We will keep you updated.
- Each case is reviewed fairly.
We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
📮 What if my parcel is returned to you?
Parcels may be returned if:
- Address is incorrect.
- Delivery attempts fail.
- Parcel is not collected.
If this happens:
- We will contact you.
- Re-delivery may require additional postage.
🏠 Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not necessarily.
With DPD you can:
- Set a safe place.
- Rearrange delivery.
- Redirect your parcel.
You can manage this via the DPD app or tracking link.
📱 Should I download the DPD app?
Yes — it’s the best way to manage your delivery.
With the app, you can:
- Track your parcel live.
- Set delivery preferences.
- Change delivery date.
- Get real-time updates.
📦 What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive:
- Order confirmation email.
- Dispatch confirmation email.
- Tracking details.
Your order is officially accepted once dispatched.
🌍 Do you deliver outside the UK?
No — we currently deliver within the UK only.
International shipping is paused due to:
- Customs complications.
- Delivery reliability issues.
- Food import restrictions.
🌎 Can international customers still buy?
USA customers can order via:
📍 Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Not at the moment.
Due to customs and regulatory changes, we are temporarily unable to ship to Northern Ireland. We are working to restore this service with Royal Mail International.
📦 When does responsibility for my parcel pass to me?
Under UK law:
Responsibility transfers when:
- The parcel is delivered.
- Or left in a safe place as instructed.
Ownership transfers once:
- Full payment is received.
- Goods are delivered.
💳 Are delivery charges refundable?
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where:
- Goods are faulty.
- Required by UK law.
