  • Heat fresh water to 95°C

    I had this for the first time in a restaurant in Aviemore. I wasn’t expecting much because herbal teas usually don’t impress me but this was amazing. I’ve been trying to go caffeine and tannin free and finding this has been a game changer. It’s very warming, perfect on a rainy day. It’s naturally sweet so you don’t really need anything but I love it with honey. It’s very aromatic and you can re steep the loose tea multiple times. I’ve got both the loose tea for home and tea bags for on the go. I’ll be buying this for a very long time!
