Formosa Oolong is crafted from high-grown Taiwanese tea leaves, semi-oxidised to reveal a complex flavour profile. Its name, “Formosa,” harks back to Taiwan’s historical name, reflecting the island’s rich tea heritage. The leaves are gently rolled and roasted, producing a tea that’s floral, slightly fruity, and delicately toasted.
