    I bought the mug diffusers as part of a birthday gift for friends. The website was easy to use and the diffusers arrived very promptly. The packaging was very attractive. I have not given the gifts yet so cannot comment on their use.

    Lovely looking tea strainer, does let the finer pieces of tea flow through into the mug which is a pity as it means possibly not having that last mouthful. Otherwise excellent. The company responded speedily, it arrived only 2 days after I placed the order.
