  • Heat fresh water to 95°C

    I have been looking for an Earl Grey with a bit more zing for a couple of years, ever since my previous tea company closed down. I am SO delighted to come across this one. It’s got all the fragrance of a normal good Earl Grey, but with just a touch more zestiness that really wakens your taste buds. Totally delicious.
