Meet Our Wee 'TEA'm
The Wee Tea Company was founded by Derek Walker and Jamie Russell, whose passion for great tea began with a simple idea: that every cup should be full of flavour, comfort and quality. Working together in Scotland, they began blending teas that people genuinely loved to drink — from bold breakfast favourites to vibrant fruit and herbal infusions.
Alongside them, Martin Rae brings creativity and warmth to the brand, helping shape the experience around every blend. Together they focus on carefully selected ingredients, thoughtful blending and a shared belief that tea should be something special — a small daily pleasure enjoyed in homes, cafés and hotels across the UK.
